I’ve used this app for over 2 years. It’s very simple and easy to use. There is a paid upgrade if you want. But most all functionality is available in the free version.

Rare app that works correctly with health care. If it supports 350ml can size in Japan, it will be a god app.
Excellent app
This app helped me go from a pretty hard drinker to cutting my intake nearly 3/4 over a year span. Still use it to stay on top of things. Be honest with yourself and it’s an invaluable asset to get you on the straight and narrow. Simplicity and ease of use make it a step above other apps like this.

使い勝手はいいが
過去1周間、過去1ヶ月の統計が取れるので今の状況がわかりやすいが、残念のは容量がパターン化されており細かく指定できない(350ml がないのが致命的)。
Nice App
Nice App. Recording helps awareness for health. It would be nice if I could input amounts (ml) manually though, sometimes not all drinks are standard size.
