I love this app, it’s made a real positive change in my drinking habit, heaps of features, so many ways to look at your consumption, wish I could set my own limits though rather than adhering to govt or WHO limits, and also on the Today page, it would would be great to show how your tracking vs 13, 26 and 52 weeks, not just 1, 7 and 30 days, that would make it easier to track long term progress.
Really good to keep track of your drinking
I upgraded to the paid version after having the free one for a long time. I find it very useful and motivating and helpful. Tracking the number of drinks, dry days, and various other settings make it easy to use. Looking back over time all super useful.
Sometimes it's abit of a shock when you write down all the misdeeds...... But it's a wake up call that I need to keep me honest
Been helpful to monitor and reduce units.
Easy way to track my drinking trends. Really enjoy the app and appreciate that it’s free!
The app lets you define goals / limits and then makes it easy to track your behavior. Very simple interface and functionality, very helpful. Anyone who wants to understand and control their drinking habit should give it a try.
Have been using drink control for years now. I cut my consumption to ⅓ and lost weight. Then COVID hit and drank every day… so now it’s time to get back to low, controlled drinking… and lose all this weight and save some money! Love the dry days addition!!!
And the ability to mark “dry days” is good as well for those who wish to abstain rather than mitigate. The app seems to be continually updated as well, which is great.
