Ducati Link

$42k+ bike and the app hasn’t worked once since day one. Cannot connect Bluetooth. Both MyDucati and DucatiLink apps are glitchy. Embarrassingly bad

I have tried & tried everything (reinstalling, off/on, disconnecting battery, etc) the iPhone 14pro connects to the bike no worries, but I have never been able to connect via the Ducati Link app whatsoever. I would love to be able to use the link feature. Disappointing as I think it has so much potential especially for a $40k + machine.

Problem reporting does. It work in the app, therefore you need to come to App Store to report issues. App does not auto resume if the Bluetooth connection is lost and regained for example stopping bike engine for fuel. Pauses with any accidental touch of the screen. Needs lots of work!

The features are great when it works, but it crashes too often to make it worthwhile to use. Have to delete and reinstall the app when it crashes. No match to BMW app which my mate has, which is a shame. If you are going to have an app, spend some time and money and make it as goods as your bikes!! Thanks Gerdy

This app will not accept my registration details so it is absolutely useless!!

Finally got it going after a BT firmware update on my 2017 MS Enduro. Worked well for first part of trip and then it logged itself out and won’t let me get back in. The reporting it really good but the app needs work.

Might be good but completely crashes the first day I used it. I can’t reopen the app at all, just keeps crashing. I can see my data when flicking through open apps, so data is there, but won’t open. Also no way to give feedback to the developers or ask for help. Grr. Come on Ducati you can do better than this!

Lamento gli stessi problemi degli altri utenti, perde la registrazione del viaggio ogni qualvolta si spegne la moto anche per fare solo benzina, bisogna tutte le volte aprire l’applicazione e cliccare riprendi , consumo eccessivo batteria telefono, ma comunque superati (con un po’ di frustrazione) questi ostacoli terminano il viaggi in post registrazione L’app lamenta molti rallentamenti nel visualizzare le informazioni le “performance” di viaggio e diverse volte va in Crash. Bisogna dire che l’applicazione di per sé è molto bella sia come idea sia come grafica sia come architettura, direi anche innovativa, ma purtroppo manca la cosa fondamentale la fluidità nella navigazione della stessa, prova a cercare spesso nuovi aggiornamenti ma senza risultato. Spero che si possano risolvere quanto prima queste problematiche, nel frattempo vi auguro buon lavoro.

La navigazione turn by turn funziona benissimo su Streetfighter v4s, bug sulla lista delle ultime 7 chiamate che rimane vuota, funziona il recal entro 5 secondi se si perde la chiamata, ho impiegato a capire qualche minuto che per rispondere bisogna tenere premuto. In compenso si connette sempre senza problemi sia iPhone che auricolare cellulare Line. Siamo sulla strada giusta ma bisogna continuare debuggare. Forza!!!!
