Do not open an account, you will lose a lot of money. I finally was able to get my money out after 4-5 months. They made my account inactive and told me my account is ok and active and that I should try again, but no money would be transferred. After multiple tries and losing around 200$ they suddenly send me an email saying your account is now active. Take my word, do not open an account no matter what!

The client service is the worst. They never answer. The chat bot is the only helo they provide. The fees are not cleare. You cant buy cripto thats a lie. You only can buy their coin “DUK”. No one knows that coin. They say that they provide debit card and they dont. I couldnt get it. The charge my for deposits. Even though they say they dont. THEY DO. They charge the sender and me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DONT USE THIS BANK.

Tengo 2 transferencias marcadas como pendientes. Al contactarme con un operador me pide mas información, yo se la doy y luego el operador deja de responder. Haciendo que uno deba iniciar de cero con otro operador una y otra vez, para al final nunca lograr nada ni tener una respuesta del “banco”. No los recomiendo para nada
