I have a pending transaction that has not been attended to for days now. I am not happy

I have sent several messages to customer service for about 24 hours.. Yet no one has responded to handle my issue…

Once account was created I transferred 20 euro to test the speed of the Transaction, then I transferred 3 funds of total 8k euro, they didn’t credit and asked for proof and source of funds. And as I am employed with a worldwide company and well know industry sector, I provided the necessary in 5 emails and 5 reminders and also in their chat system I attached all documents and still waiting , they answer you in the chat one time in ages and keep asking for proofs as they don’t check their emails or do their job … very bad bank … not recommended for young people and youth.

As much as I know they don’t read the handwriting on the wall, I’m still in shocked on how they run their service when it comes to verifying you for account limit increase. They keep asking you the same thing back n forth. It happened that I sent money from Dukascopy and unfortunately I’ve reached my limit, this bank took one month to waste my time to verify me and at the end still rejected the money back to the sender bank, now this unfortunate thing is the sender bank has been deactivated and I presently stand the chance of either loosing or not loosing my funds as the sender bank can legally claim they didn’t see any incoming transaction. Going further y’all should learn to protect your customers, limit your checks to what is feasible to provide. And stop making banking a rocket science. Though if I loose funds I might need to press charges. Still hoping I don’t.

I’m using it, and I love the platform and the app, but all can not be perfect, this is the first time I’m writing a review about app and services, I don’t normally do this or complain about things. I like to find my way round any difficulties, but with them it’s freaking alarming. Like I said I’m new to the bank service and the app, I like to navigate and use all the service in the app also with the bank to know which works better for me. I started with first card deposit and it was declined, I use money sending companies to transfer to my account and that was 100% perfect and smooth, to avoid charges here and there I decided to try my card one more time using it to deposit into my account, it happens to be the wrong decision I have ever made in my entire life time. checks here and there, to cut the story short I submit all documents required of me to prove that the transaction is legit, this bank keep asking same documents I have already submitted, very annoying. 1, selfie with me and the card. 2, transaction receipt carrying my name and the card number. 3, card statements carrying my name and the card number. Those are the documents I submitted. The next day they asked me to submit the same documents again. Really? Since is my money and I did not steal it from anyone, please cancel the transaction and return my money with immediate effect. You may not have this experience with them though but I have this with them. Less I forgot guy’s I’M A NIGERIA if you are from a high risk countries please don’t use your card to deposit it does not worth it, the time wasted and the stress given by them. Use wise or paysend or any money remittances company to pay into the account and you will have peace with them.

I Love the platform, first of all. I look forward to using the app with much anticipation! Now with my issue/s 1) Right after ID verification I was scheduled for a call. During the call I was told the call is unable to proceed until I make a payment of 25€. 2) I am totally unable to make this payment using the “911” app. At all! Despite receiving very clear and simple instructions from the chatbot on how to make a payment, I found them impossible to follow. The directions simply did not exist within the app’s programming, ie NO ‘+’ sign under ‘bank’. Confusing and highly frustrating nonetheless. 3) the only other option was to have a contact send me 25€. Tough, as i have no contacts using Dukascopy. Pity. Please assist.
