I see the app showing 7 tons. What does that mean, is it even relevant? When do I change the weight, reps anything?! People that lift don’t need an app, the people that use your do need an explanation of what things mean. Otherwise the app works as planned

So far so good! The routines are simple and easy to follow. As for the results… gotta wait and see if this will yield results.

Before this I did a lot of random workouts and it went ok I definitely seen some gains BUT with this app it gives you a consistent routine and rest days now I’m seeing better gains if you work out alone or with partners this is a lot cheaper than a trainer and just effective!
