App won’t connect

App won’t connect to printer now that you updated it, factory reset the printer and connected to wifi again….nothing. This printer is now completely useless

Most recent update literally ruined app

Need to use this app for work and the most recent update literally makes it unusable. Takes like 20 minutes to get the printer connected now. then once you do it gets mad at you when you try to select the correct label size that we’ve been using for years. It deleted all of our templates. And best of all when we try to edit the labels and type out what we need it to say YOU CANT SEE WHAT YOURE TYPING. useless app. Wish I wasn’t forced to use it for work.

app won’t run. please fix. don’t buy product if you on IOS 14.

Broken.

So needed to delete the app and redownload it for it to even launch. However lost all my saved labels. Also it doesn’t support iOS 14 for using third party fonts =\

App broken

App won’t open with iOS 14. Just stays on the loading screen. Please fix!

Please add to date/time function

I need to produce expiry dating stickers... Please add capability to the date/time function so that one can add time to today’s date (like in excel) so that I can create a label that automatically generates a 2month expiry date, based on today’s date.
