App crashes when I try to open the Shipments tab

For some reason it won’t let me login to the app I have never used ship station before and hoping for a explanation on why this is happening

There is no way I could use the mobile app to book any real volume of orders. Very clunky to use.

I started using ShipStation on the recommendation of a sales agent at Canada Post when I set up a commercial shipping account. In general, it’s great for my small business with 100+ shipments per month via Etsy and WooCommerce, but there are a few issues I would look to avoid if I was choosing shipping software from scratch: - No option to send tracking emails via SMTP from ShipStation, so my “track your shipment” email has to come from an @shipstation.com email. Tracking numbers aren’t communicated back to WooCommerce in a way that would easily integrate with other transactional emails. - The feature that automatically passes product info into customs forms is buggy and sometimes misses products or excludes the value. Though ShipStation stores product-level info, there is no easy way to store a preferred description, value in base currency, and HS code to automatically populate customs forms, so this remains a tedious manual process. The 3-star rating relates more to my specific annoyances with the app: - The app is hard/impossible to navigate for the things I actually want to do in app. My most common reason to open the app is to respond to customer inquiries about shipping delays if I don’t know which platform the purchase was made through. Once I find the order, there is no easy way to copy the tracking number in app (you can see it but god forbid you copy that text). Also, the “Orders” and “Shipments” interfaces on Web vs. App behave very differently. I usually just use the app to look up the platform the order came from and get all other information in the Etsy or WooCommerce apps, which is annoying because the information *is* all in shipstation, and I would do it all from the web app if I was on my computer. Bottom line, the app works, but it disappoints and frustrates pretty much every time I open it.

This app is extremely slow and it is impossible to make any actions on it: everytime we try to do something, it shuts down. The updates are worthless and never help with the bug issues.

No ability to switch credentials if you ever logged in.

Awesome app if you love ShipStation. It's the best shipping software on the planet.

This app is good for checking orders when I'm not around a computer. I was most interested in being able to generate end of day forms but the app crashes every time I try to do that. 😞

For whatever reason this app freezes when trying to generate the End Of Day forms. Can this be fixed please?? Thanks!
