Dynamics 365 Field Service Reviews
Field Service App
This app is garbage, takes for ever to load up and only works when a WiFi connection is available.
In the old days we used MCompanion which was able to operate offline.
Not sure how multibillion dollar company car rely on such a poor designed app from Microsoft.
This app deserves -10.
Unusable
The app is currently unusable as is. Even with the appropriate login credentials and Microsoft Authenticator use, I’m stuck in a never ending login loop where I have to keep entering my login credentials. When I tried getting assistance from the Microsoft IT help desk, I was told that the app was not supported on iOS.
Garbage
If I could give 0 starts I would. The constant “saving errors”, or force closing work orders then you have to restart the app otherwise it just sits on a blank screen, ALL KINDS OF BUGS
Terrible
I have issues with this app every single day…. Make it better can’t be that hard.
Use anything but this
Dear corporations planning digital transformation: please consider any implementation other than this one. I cannot even come close to explaining how poorly implemented this solution is.
This app has 2.2 stars for a reason!
This app is the worst
Wish I could give a .5 star rating. Slowest app I’ve used in years. Very cumbersome and difficult to use.
Horrible App
On iPad it is completely non functional. It shows your bookings and nothing else. Cannot navigate to work orders. Cannot navigate to any settings.
Do not waste your time installing this app.
What happened Microsoft?
Horrible
This app is the worst. It is constantly crashing, like every time I use it. There are multiple updates supposedly addressing the issues, but to me the issues are getting worse. Our company has even formed a dedicated team to address the issues. It is not helping.
Copilot and AI
Copilot , AI , remote assistant , access to knowledge articles , step by step instructions, gps ,offline…looked and feels good…this app has everything I need to perform as a frontline worker.
Very poor
This app deserves a 0. As a mobile service technician this app does us no good but turn us into secretaries. I tried both iPad and android and the only solution is restart and try again. They need to update and field test this before launching it out.
