We are also introducing e-Boks Plus. Here you can access a range of services which are designed to make your everyday life easier and more convenient. You decide which services you want to add, and you always have full control over the content. We are continuously adding new services and you are invited to share feedback and submit ideas to e-Boks Plus through the app.
It is easy to get started. You simply log-on as you are used to. If you are new to e-Boks we recommend creating a user with your MitID to get access to all features of the app.

Er ok
Issues since past few updates
Whenever I receive a new message it shows: message locked. When I try to unlock the message (with Nem ID or finger print) it just returns to the income mailbox and doesn’t display the message. Couldn’t open any message anymore in the past few months. App is useless like this. I have to use the web browser and nem ID every single time.
Can’t login since last update
I’m not able to login anymore. NEMID always fails with an error and no chance to proceed. I’m really annoyed! How can I get this fixed?
SSN missing for user
‘ SSN missing for user’ besked der kommer ved forsøg på log in på både iPhone og iPad, selvom ansigtsgenkendelse eller touch er slået til, skal men logge ind med kode alligevel!
PBS
Man kan ikke kopiere PBS informationer fra PDF sendt fra Skat. Den markerer ikke rigtigt, kun halvt. Har prøvet at zoome ind. Det ville være rart hvis I ville fikse det.
Fungerer ekstremt dårligt med fuldmagt
Jeg kan godt tilgå min mors e boks da jeg har fuldmagt til den. Men af en grund får jeg ikke adgang til alt det post hun har i sin e boks og jeg kan kun se meddelelser der er en måned gamle. Det er helt sort!
Hjælpemidler; kontaktlinser fra lyngby Special optik
Kontaktlinser fra lyngby specialoptik. Har modtaget dem de seneste 20 år med en kort pause, hvor jeg fik dem fra Kennedy centret i Glostrup. Det har fungeret perfekt, derfor (fire) ****.
