With e-Boks you can access your mail digitally and securely from both companies and public authorities, anywhere and anytime.

Our app provides you with a range of options to organize your mail. But e-Boks is much more than just a digital mailbox:

- Sign documents digitally. The documents are easily signed using MitID and saved in e-Boks.
- Pay bills. Pay your bills directly in e-Boks. Pay with credit card or Betalingsservice.
- e-Boks supports a multi-level folder structure unlike any other digital mailboxes out there, allowing you to organize your mail in a perfect tree structure.
- Mail management at your fingertips. Just swipe right to mark a message as read, or swipe left to archive.
- Read and manage mail that others have given you access to.
- Upload important personal documents. e-Boks is like an online bank vault, which allows you to store everything from mortgage deeds and birth certificates to photographs of your valuables for insurance claims.

We are also introducing e-Boks Plus. Here you can access a range of services which are designed to make your everyday life easier and more convenient. You decide which services you want to add, and you always have full control over the content. We are continuously adding new services and you are invited to share feedback and submit ideas to e-Boks Plus through the app.

It is easy to get started. You simply log-on as you are used to. If you are new to e-Boks we recommend creating a user with your MitID to get access to all features of the app.

Kan ikke tilgå e-boks erhverv længere

Efter denne app er installeret er det nu ikke længere muligt at til mit firmas e-boks..!!! TAK for det!! NOT

Verification of phonenumber in the app

As a foreigner you can’t verify and put in the phonenumber in the app, since it is not a Danish number. Make it available for all nationalities that uses your app, please. I am a Swede and it’s just across the Oresundbridge.

Doesn’t work anymore

I get in via my iPad but not anymore via my iPhone. Just tells me my password is wrong. Removing, restart mobile, reinstalling and login with MitID takes me to a page where I should give a password. When I do so it tells me my CPR number is incorrect, whiteout even giving me a chance of giving it. I need the app on my iPhone but it is just impossible.

Can’t log in

I can’t log in via this app, rather via nemid or MitID it keeps me logout. The only option I’ve to login on computer.

Extremely bad user experience

I just sends me back after login time and time again. It has been like this for a year. I cannot use the app, instead I have to use my PC.

Dårlig sikkerhed

Appen er helt klart bedre end mit.dk men synes det er stort sikkerhedsproblematik at man ofte kan se hvad der sidst har været åbent på appen uden at man er logget ind. Idag kunne jeg endog scrolle mig igennem alle tidligere beskeder uden at ha været logget på

Kan inte skapa konto

Hej! Jag försöker använda er app men när jag har fyllt i mitt CPR-nummer så kan jag inte komma vidare. Tangentbordet döljer ”Fortsätt”-knappen och jag kan inte skrolla fram den. Funkar inte heller att försöka klistra in numret eller ändra till landskapsläge. Jag använder en iPhone 12 mini, iOS 15.6.1

There is no download as pdf and when I try to share it crashes.

Login twice why...

Why do I always need to login twice with nem-id for the app to work (same for my friends). So stupid you cant fix this.
