No keyboard at logon
The keyboard has disappeared at the first logon via MitID, making it practically impossible to use the app. I tried using autofilling with cut, but lost the patience when keyboard never showed up.

Only available for Danish mobile numbers
I work in Copenhagen, have a CPR number, have my NEMID, have my own e-Boks account, but can only access it via internet because the app requires a Danish mobile number (+45). As I live in Sweden, I have no access to a Danish mobile subscription as it requires Danish residency, therefore I can’t use the app. I’m sure there are plenty of folks with international mobile numbers working in Denmark, facing the same problem. Is it that hard to remove that restriction from the app? I mean, if you need some sort of authentication, why not use the NEMID instead? Developers, please fix this. A lot of people would be thankful for that.
Fungerer ikke med nemid nøglekort app
Hvis jeg ifbm pålogning benytter nemid app, åbnes denne automatisk. I nemid app logges ind via faceid, jeg swiper for at godkende login i eboks. Nemid app lukker automatisk og eboks app åbner igen - men uden at være logget ind. Nu kan jeg så starte forfra igen. Eneste løsning jeg har fundet er enten at bruge nemid pap nøglekort eller benytte nemid app fra min iPad. For mig virker eboks app og nemid app ikke ‘sammen’ samtidig på min iPhone. Øv.
Won’t let me sign up
Hello, I’m having trouble signing up because it says that it seems I’m using someone else’s ID. But I’m obviously not!😂 I’ve tried several times, I even deleted and reinstalled the app. I also tried to log in in case that’s why it wouldn’t let me create an account but it won’t let me either! Please help!

Mange driftsproblemer
Appen virker meget sjældent når jeg skal bruge den. Der er ofte driftsproblemer, selvom jeg opdaterer appen, og har en en nyere telefon. Det er meget irriterende, og jeg ender altid med at bruge deres internetside i stedet, som heller ikke er for imponerende.
Kan aldrig logge på appen
Hvorfor virker det aldrig, når jeg skal logge på? Der er ALTID et problem, hvor jeg skal igennem MitID-processen. Det er virkelig irriterende.
Kan ikke logge ind
Virkelig dårlig app, kan ikke anbefales. Har nu af flere omgange forsøgt at logge ind både med password og nemid. Intet virker og nu har slettet appen. Det er virkelig en ommer og ikke særlig smart når man modtager post fra det offentlige i e-Boks.
Log-in duer ikke
Det driller HVER gang! Så er der “dårlig forbindelse” (nej der er ikke, men det siger app’en..). Så fejler Mit-ID integrationen. Håbløst.
Ubrugelig APP
Denne APP fungere stort set aldrig ! Man kan ikke se alle sine mapper og man kan ikke ligge dokumenter over i mapper som man har oprettet. Den vælger selv fuldstændig random hvor og hvad den vil vise dig på dagen. En kæmpestor ommer !!!
