this app is very slow! Can you do some upgrade to fix this slowness?!

i have been waiting this for a long time for iOS and finally there is available app now. thank you eastwest i can now view and manage easily my savings! hope we could enroll fingerprint or touch to login soon :)

Buggy especially when usage is high

The interface is so backwards, it feels like an app for Nokia from early 2000's. Komo, an Eastwest Rural Bank subsidiary, has an app that's 10x better. It's baffling how they can't make an app for their main bank that's half as decent.

it takes time to log in and has a lot of error doing mobile app transactions

This app is similar to what BDO had back in 2015. No face ID/touch ID support. Your loans/credit card accounts keep disappearing. Its practicAlly just an unreliable balance inquiry tool. Oh and a tip, ios automatically makes ur first letter of the username in caps, making you unable to login. I would avoid this bank all together if I could.

App always say there is a Network Error, when there isn't. Please fix this app! Even the updates can't install.

Has this been tested? You should not deploy a build wherein you cannot even login. Can you just redeploy the working version?
