Hi bakit di na makapagsend sa gcash??

I just reset my phone for some sort of technical issue, and I was surprised that this app did not recognized my phone where I first register my bank account. Now I am not able to get the Appkey. What makes me upset more every time that I’m giving the passcode the app says it’s incorrect.

Tried many time to recover my username/password but app feature is not working.

this app really needs to be improved. i tried making an account couple of times— different months and days as well, it keeps on saying error and to try again later

total bs this app. broken and waste of time. they will discontinue the current one by end of this month. Sept ‘23, so after that if this piece of garbage hasnt been redesigned I will no longer use metrobank.

Can’t even enter email address when signing up. Metrobank has always been poor when it comes to online apps and services.

Try using your app and see how it works. Tsk, ill go back to the old version.

this is just as useless as the previous mobile app. It doesn't let you sign in and recovery of axcount doesn't work.
