How much does EasyCanvas cost?
EasyCanvas has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is $11.99.
its awesome! its great for someone who doesnt want to pay subscription to clip studio paint. easy to set up, easy to work with, and at a fantastic price point! the only issue is occasional lag and being off-color to my computer monitor, but otherwise its perfect :) def recommend!
Not Working
I have just downloaded and accept the 3 day trial (there is no other way to start “using” this app), well… with a M3 MacBook Pro sequoia 15 and iPad 9th Generation IOS 18.1 , after connecting the USB to iPad cable and resetting both devices, the app does not to go beyond the “Waiting for connection” screen, I tried several times rebooting the devices without success, basically this app and its “trial” is useless, I do not see the trial period in the subscriptions in Apple ID to cancel my trial period, So I hope not to be charged with the $11 due at the end of the trial period.
In love with it
Had to get rid of a wacom… so I did this! I love it sm still need to get use to the size adjusting when drawing other than that it’s def worth for the 12
Can’t Hide Toolbar?
Seems pretty good from my initial testing. I like that I didn’t need to create an account like you have to do with the two other popular similar apps. But I didn’t like that I couldn’t hide the toolbar entirely. I could only minimize it, which is kind of annoying.
Best!
Simply the best tablet extension software. Revolutionized my tablet time!
Keeps disconnecting
This doesn’t work for me, I can get it to connect with USB and then WIFi but for some reason it will eventually drop the connection. Then I can’t reconnect. I have to go to the desktop and restart the service, it will reconnect be at my huge monitors resolution. I need to reboot the computer the get a fresh new connection in order for it to create the smaller extended display it uses for the iPad connection. It’s unusable since I have to do this every 20-30 minutes.
Good and affordable
Best option for if you want an affordable app that allows seamless integration of your IPad into a windows computer. It works quite well and provide a helpful toolbar that works in most art programs. Most alternative apps (including this one) have a subscription model of around ~$6 per month while this is one of the only ones that gives you an option to make a one time purchase ($12). I’ve looked at most on the AppStore and this is one of the only ones that gives a 1 time purchase option. I would not recommend subscriptions for apps like these as subscribing for a year is roughly the same amount of money as purchasing a real drawing tablet.
Excellent for both Drawing and Screen Display
I bought a lightning cable matters usb-c wire and the input is so fast! I love using it for art AND screen display extension! No subscription and oh so worth it.
It’s been strong
Granted, I have an M1 iPad but this app rocks, connects to my windows PC really well I’m surprised
Easy to use
Easiest way to use a iPad as a 3rd monitor on windows. A fair price and quick to setup with wireless working great after a single physical connection. Only thing I would like to see would be a way to save different machines I’ve connected to rather than needing to do a cable connection each time I wanna switch.
