Support doesn't work!

I have a problem completing parking, and support has not responded for almost a day. In the application, I cannot complete the parking and it is still active, although I did not even enter this parking lot, but started it by accident!

Terrible!

Hard to use it! I can’t register… I have an Italian number and all the registration codes that were sent to me are NOT VALID…!!! Italians please if you do something do it properly. And I’m not just about app now…

Don’t support NL card for not NL plate number.

Ukrainian car can’t be served by this app if you want to use NL bank account to pay.

Paradox Montenegro 🤷‍♂️

When selecting a country where I want to park, Montenegro is not on the list. Only 21 countries of Serbia and Montenegro is not on the list, but on the parking machines there is a QR cod with the application. Paradox

It doesn’t work in Vienna

Hello EasyPark. Money was charged for 1 hour in Vienna. I wanted to park for 1 hour. But the parking was stopped itself by App in 7 seconds. I have found only one contact number of support in this app. Support said “l am not responsible for the Austria parking, I can do nothing today. May be somebody will phone you tomorrow” There no parking machines on Vienna street. So. If I will receive a fine, who will pay it? Your app is mentioned on official sites of Vienna. It is disappointing.

SMS not received

After update code verification by SMS is stopped working. Pressing resend code doesn’t help. Can’t enter the app and pay parking.

Fix it plz

Hard to use for non locals Asks codice fiscale but doesn’t accept it UPD: Thank you for the advice but I’m in Italy and it will be hard to use app from my country. Moreover, I have codici fiscale but app doesn’t want to accept it and no any hint what is wrong! After I enter the codici fiscale - the button doesn’t change state and no active. I even didn’t find any support contact inside and writing here :)
