The app adds extra fees and does not show any pricing when entering automated camera parking.

DO NOT USE

While you may think this app will help you with parking in Madrid, they will keep charging for no reason after you used it, or even for other people’s vehicles that you don’t own alleging you are to blame and trying to throw the term and conditions. They use predatory tactics, bad UX and are basically scammers.

Won’t accept payment

Won’t accept any form of payment in Australia. Gives a “fraud” warning ⚠️ 🤷

Bad design

In the middle of setting the timer submitted the time and no way to cancel. + rip off service fee

The best App ever!

Omg, where has you been? Easy Park App, I wish I had it from the very beginning!

Worked for us in Italy

We used EasyPark last week (April 18-27, 2024) in Pisa, Portovenere, Lucca, and Volterra. We couldn’t get 2 other parking apps to work (MooneyGo was one) and although I was apprehensive about EasyPark due to reviews from Americans, it worked well for us. Very convenient and fairly user-friendly. I deleted the rental car license plate as soon as we returned the car. I would use it again.

Timer to set parking time is horrible

The former version where you can start parking and keep the end time open until you are actually finished was (and still is) the best way to use this app. It’s hard to guess how long I am going to need to park. I’m not psychic and I’m not always in a situation where I can look at my phone every time it makes a sound. I have received parking tickets because I could not check my phone to “feed the meter”. It is almost as bad as having to walk back to a physical meter to feed it more coins. I never got a ticket with the older version of this app. Please go back to the older version

Zero response-Tricks you into a subscription you cannot check out of again

I was tricked into to the business version of the app without subscribing to it-the sales guy just did so without closing me. Now, I cannot unsubscribe. Mails are not responded to, there is no unsubscribe possibility in the app, fully deleting the account does not work. Watch out-this is Hotel California.

Credit Card Fraud Detection makes unusable

This app is totally unusable if you're traveling. I am on a trip outside my home country and it refuses to accept every single credit card I have because it says "Fraud". I have been using the credit cards everywhere without any problem. It is only EasyPark that fails. There is no way to use it if it wrongly rejects payment.

I parked.

I parked. I used the app. I paid. It worked. Oh the joy.
