Keeps asking for a new card

I can’t pay, it keeps asking to add a new card and won’t let me pay anyway

UX needs improvement, payment method support was outdated

I wanted to use the app to pay for parking but I couldn’t because it needs a credit card:( I don’t take wallets with me these days. So no go. I can’t see the parking fee when adjusting the time. I think it would be useful to see the fee with the time change. Anyway, good idea but implementation needs improvement.

Meter not operating

Same happened to me. No details stored - bank, Rego- although I have used it often. Tried to add the details again but it told me my Rego was incorrect - wasn’t. Deleted the app in a hurry, tried to reinstall it but it wouldn't. Gave up and went to meter box to put in money and found it was covered with sign saying out of action, look at sign. Sign said 2 hours (didn’t mention metered) so gave up and hope I won’t be booked. Parking at 1900 on Macquarie Street.

Good concept, terrible app

Accidentally booked twice because it was super unclear from the UI whether my first booking went through. No obvious way to cancel the 2nd booking. Google search that. Apparently I can cancel from “the wheel on the Home Screen”. But there is no obvious way to get to that screen. Opening the app just takes me to the map and lets me book a new session. Feels like they’ve made it intentionally difficult to use so that you overbook and cannot cancel. Scammy AF.

Terrible

I am an Australian travelling around Sicily and now in 2 different cities the app won’t allow me to pay for parking. No address or parking codes are identified by the app. I won’t be paying for parking fines because of the inaptitude of this app.

Shows no parking in Sydney.

What’s the point?

Great idea

Think it is a great idea for the concept but truly crappie that Councils feel they need to use it in urban centres where parking should be FREE

Bring back PayStay

Any reason why I cannot have more than one payment option?!? I use a work vehicle and credit card during the day and use my personal car and card on weekends and evenings. I don’t want to start a business account, it’s not my company. All I want is to have two cards linked so I don’t have to keep adding a new card and typing in the card numbers. Can I not just have two cards….please?? It’s 2023!! No I will not ‘get in touch’, I have already tried several times to ring the call center which is as helpful as my ex wife’s divorce lawyer.

Cannot make payment

What is wrong with this app?? I have added card multiple times and can’t seem to allow me to start parking. Kept on requesting for card update details which I have used different cards and still asked to update card details. Please fix your app. It is causing a lot of grief.

Apple Pay

Find it pretty pathetic that in day and age I can’t use Apple Pay with this app as I don’t have a physical card anymore so can’t use this app
