Not easy, not practical, terrible job on creating an small app

I have so many different parking apps and this easily stands out as one of the best and it’s not even close. 1: Charges for parking by the minute and not by the hour. I don’t need to pay by the hour or estimate how long i might be there. I just start and stop parking and get charged a fair price depending on how long i was there. (End up saving so much) 2: Map allows me to quickly know and pick what zone i am accurately in without having to double check a sign. All and all its fast, effortless and fair. More than some of the other damn apps that make you pay for huge chunks of time in advance. Not sure on some of the other complaints on here, especially with the T’s and C’s . I am sure they are valid complaints but for my particular uses i have not seen a parking app come close to this one.

On a trip to Norway, I had to install this app to park in town. Because I had to register with an Australian account, none of the Norwegian parking spots were shown by the app. While I was walking around trying to find an answer, an inspector came and issued a parking fine! Looking at other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who finds it unintuitive and ridiculous that the one app doesn’t work in all regions. Response to developer comment: changing my App Store location to download an app is not a solution for a tourist trying to find a park in a foreign country. It’s clear they either don’t understand the problem, or don’t care to fix it.

SMS code didn’t come thru so hit resend and now I’m stuck in a loop telling me to wait 5 mins and start again, but same issue keeps occurring. I’ve uninstalled but makes no difference, poxy app keeps looping. Driving me crazy. Would use it except you have to have it to park in Perth.

I can’t understand why we can’t access parking when I have downtown the app. I could only book two 2 hours and can’t book any more till 11.30pm. But I will be in court and can’t walk out in court in the court process.

Doesn’t work, what a hopeless app. Do not load your details onto this app, has to be a scam

I have used it a couple of times here in Australia, recently travelling to Europe and is supposed to be the same App for there however I couldn’t see the parking locations and it just didn’t work, what’s going on? Should I have got a warning?

The previous version with the spin wheel was a lot better Now if you end early there’s no refund you must pay amount till the times up It stinks!

I use this app a lot in Newcastle, Nsw and usually find it trouble free but the update before last added an extra step in the process. I used it the way I usually use it habitually and thought I had started the parking only to find I hadn’t started the parking and had a parking fine. There should probably be a warning when you update the UX that usual users need to go an extra step in starting the parking 🙁
