This app does not work for me. Three others in family and this app works for them. I have been to my local pharmacy a number of times inquiring about a fix. They are at a loss. I have removed from phone, wiped all data, got a new code, and re-loaded a number of times. Hey developers…
If you downloaded this app a while ago and got frustrated, give it another try. The new version of the app fixed most of the complaints I had about the app, the UI is much easier, the refill system is all in one place, the app now updates you on refill progress (so you can know when they are ready), suggests which prescriptions you might need refills on to save you trips, allows vaccination booking right in the app, and has a built in drug compendium. Greatly improved, honestly, give it another try. I echo the frustrations people have below, but the update from a couple months ago fixed nearly all the issues.

This app is terrible, my prescription has never been correct on pick up, what’s the point of having it. I am switching pharmacies due to the poor app.

App features are weak and frustrating. The biggest issue is that it does not remind clients when medication is running out. It tells clients to pick up medications on holidays when their stores are closed. Notes written do not get sent to pharmacy. Phone number has no format prompt for the 13 ways you can enter a phone number. It appears that it was thrown together in a rush and hasn't been updated since. Compare with shoppers app
After several attempts to set this up and a couple trips to the pharmacy, I was finally able to just delete everything and carry on with my life. It’s easier to just call in.
I'm surprised that Pharmasave doesn't have a better online service. This app feels very rudimentary, there's no confirmation of Rx refills by text or online. Perhaps because all the stores operate independently there's not much support for this kind of infrastructure. It looks like Shoppers Drug Mart does a better job of this.
