CHARGE ON THE GO
• Connect your electric vehicle with a suitable charging cable with the charging station.
• Select the required charging point in the app. Enter your charging point number into the search box.
• Select “Prepare charging”, choose your desired payment method and charging options and start charging.
• As soon as the charging session has been approved, both cable ends will be locked. The cables can only be removed by you.
• You can stop your charging session at any time.

Unstable and not easy to use

The app is often unstable and unable to set me up to my eBox. It is not logic to use. Sometimes I have to setup the software several time before I can connect to the eBox (home charging) please make the app more stable and intuitive to use.

Worst app

This is the worst app in the history of mankind. Well done!

Scam! Don't use eCharge+

Worst service ever - parked at 6 chargers that should all be in service according to the app but none could charge even though the app started counting kW/h. When we tried to call the 0800 hotline number we got a "this number is not in service ".

Funktioniert nicht.

Nachdem ich ca 15 Minuten versucht habe, mit dieser App einen Ladevorgang zu starten habe ich mir stattdessen eine andere Ladesäule gesucht. Nachdem eine Kreditkarte erfasst habe, bemängelte die App das Fehlen einer Rechnungsadresse, bot aber keine Eingabemöglichkeit für die Adresse.

Seit der Umstellung auf die aktuelle Version, funktioniert die App schlecht. Tel Support war wenig kompetent. Da funktionieren andere Systeme deutlich besser

Plötzlich soll ich alles neu eingeben? Warum? Die App zeigt meinen Vertrag an und ich kann trotzdem nicht laden oder mich einloggen… ?!?!?

Komplizierter geht es nun nicht mehr

Schlechtest gemachte Lade-App, die ich jemals gesehen habe. Barcode-Scanner: funktioniert jedenfalls nicht in Meppen. Manuelle Eingabe: keine Formatierungshilfe bei komplexem Nummernaufbau, nichts wird erkannt. Kreditkartenzahlung mit Pseudosicherheit: warum alles zweimal eingeben??? Quittung: keine Mail? Keine Rechnung? Kommt die mit berittenem Boten? Aus den FAQ: „If you want to receive an invoice, be sure to select the 'Invoice yes' option before starting your charging sessions.“ - da ist aber kein „invoice yes“ Knopf???

Nutzlos

Weder kann man eine Säule auswählen um zu sehen, ob es AC oder DC ist, wie schnell diese ist, noch erfährt man irgendwo wie die Preise sind. So einfach nicht zu gebrauchen. Edit: Nach einem Update funktionierte es dann, es passierte vorher nichts, beim auswählen einer Säule. Inzwischen klappts wunderbar.

Keine Rechnung?!

Was ist das für ne App, wo man auf einmal gar keine Rechnung mehr bekommt die man eigentlich einreichen muss. Ansonsten ist sie soweit okay.
