• Connect your electric vehicle with a suitable charging cable with the charging station.
• Select the required charging point in the app. Enter your charging point number into the search box.
• Select “Prepare charging”, choose your desired payment method and charging options and start charging.
• As soon as the charging session has been approved, both cable ends will be locked. The cables can only be removed by you.
• You can stop your charging session at any time.

Dom systeem
Wat een achterlijk en dom systeem. Als het ook zou werken.. typisch een niet bedacht systeem om mensen van buiten af niet mogelijk te maken dat het werkt. Maak het eenvoudig…
We don’t want chargers which need their own app
Please implement the Dutch system. Just accept all charging cards/tags. Extremely bad user experience of downloading an app first. Then creating an account, then connecting your creditcard 2 times. Half an hour later you can finally charge. Your “charging brand” isn’t that important, we don’t care. We just want to charge our cars.
Terrible experience
After a long journey halfway across France, we tried to recharge using this app. After 5 tries and a long call to the helpdesk we were still unable to recharge. My advice: don’t bother with Zephyr network, too unreliable.
Not too good
I had to use the app because it was the only option available. App didn’t load multiple times. In the end I’m stuck with an overcharge: paid for 65 kWh while the available capacity in my battery was 58 kWh. This is the first and only provider where this happened.
Doesn’t work
Stopped after 10 min. 90 euros charged from my creditcard
Nuttig
Best wel nuttig, maar de instellingen zijn niet te veranderen, ik krijg de rekening in het Frans, geen idee waarom. De instellingen zijn Nederlands en de teksten soms Duits. De afboekingen zijn correct. De app is nuttig aan laadpalen die geen andere mogelijkheid hebben om te laden.
KWh prijs maximaal 99 cent
Op zich prettige app. Goed inzichtelijk. Enige punten van kritiek. 1. KWh prijs maximaal 99 cent. Is niet van deze tijd. 2. Bij verzenden van het overzicht wordt de prijs niet in het overzicht opgenomen. Tevens kan het overzicht niet verzonden worden als excel.
Does not work
Took very long time to get it started but simply fails to give power to vehicle in the end. Car next to me also didnt get it working…
