Got an error that said there was an issue with processing prepayment. That’s fine, so tell me where I can go for help. Do you have any support? Is this a known issue you’re working on? I mean, give me something. A button that says ‘Okay I understand’ doesn’t really help me much.
Advice for any one please do not use these charging points as every time you try using them they take £50 out of your account even if you didn’t get it to work or charge your car and now I’m still having to wait for the £300 pounds to be put back in there totally scam don’t use them if I could give 0 stars I would do
Our workplace has moved over to these chargers and App. It is honestly the worst, most glitchy EV app I have used. Errors galore. Every time I use it it tells me I have a charge in progress and I have to click random buttons to make it go away and start charging. Linking to PayPal is an app option but it doesn’t actually work. I’m now getting a constant message saying there’s an error in taking my card payment so I can’t start a charge, even though my saved card was working last week, there’s no phone numbers on the chargers to contact when things go wrong… so I had to find someone at work who deals with the chargers. When he called the company I was told to delete my card from the App and put it in as a new payment method again as it’s a known fault. Haven’t tried that yet as I don’t have my card with me. And don’t get me started that they hold £50 on your card whilst you charge and then don’t return it until the next day…that’s extortion.
Not received emailed invoicing Despite requests Not easy to communicate with and resolve issues.
Tried this app with a charger in Dorset. Creating an account is easy. But a lot of the rest of it is lacking. The app kept crashing when imputing credit card details. There’s no auto fill functionality. The app itself doesn’t seem to work with the charger I was using. So I was charged £150 making 3 attempts then had to give up before my card was maxed out and I could pay for a charge elsewhere.
Crashes, provides inaccurate data and does not start charging. Tried at different stations
Easy to download and register my details. Love how you can scan the serial number with my phone camera and the charger appears!
Cannot get app to work
It’s just loading when I open the app. Can’t use it. Tried to delete and reinstall. Nothing.
It need more detailed data, not able to set currency, also can’t see final cost for home charger when unit price added. Push notifications also welcomed at end of charge.
