Ecwid's lack of integration with Indian shipping companies or aggregators is appalling. They have also failed to integrate with any popular Indian payment gateways such as Razorpay and PhonePe despite repeated follow-ups over the last three years. Instead of addressing these basic and crucial issues, they redirect customers to paid apps or their costly customization team. It's astonishing that a company shows such disregard for the Indian market and its consumers.
There are lot of issues on this platform like- 1. Sometimes successful payments doesn't reflect on the platform and when customer complain our support team about it then we verify bank statements and confirm transaction was successful but it doesn't reflect on Ecwid platform. 2. Sometimes transaction doesn't work and we face unknown losses. One has to keep checking whether its working or not. Sometimes customer complain about it then we check and realise that its not working. When we complain about it to ecwid support team. They respond with “SORRY OUR DEVELOPERS WORKING ON IT” This is so unprofessional and Ecwid is not qualified to run a business as e-commerce platform. I have lost so much of business and now I am migrating my website on other platform.

Multiple payment options not working properly always loading the page
It is misbehaving, if open order automatically is shows as paid in payment status on COD
It was a dream to have a website for my small business. Unfortunately every service was paid or the most necessary feature I needed was paid. After long hours of searching found Ecwid and I’m glad I did. Initially had an issue and I sent an email, the team responded to the email so well (no template response or drag). This is where I really wanted to get the paid version. Once my business started to make some income, I saved it up and took their venture plan and it’s been smooth so far. Would suggest Ecwid to every small business owner. The support team is truly a 5 star! 👏.
