The verification process is very unprofessional. It has been many months since I submitted the documents, and my money is still stuck in the Stripe account.

Stripe is biggest Fraud Merchant . They will open your account in a day or two . once you take payment from your Client . They will lock your account without any reason , and will not release your funds , same has been done with my two friends , Stripe is biggest Fraud company .

Stripe has paused my payouts from more than a year.the verification process seems like a mammoth task to them.they haven’t been able to verify my account till now since they keep on asking to upload the same document .customer support is very bad as they contact you mostly through automated emails.

In india account verification process is worst, I created account almost 1 month ago and still not verified. From web app document upload functionality not working and after highlighting that they ask documents over private link now for status updates whenever I ask to support they close old ticket and create new with same loop.

They take months to activate account in India. Interesting part is when we contact the customer care they give same pre-made answers every time. I feel sometimes are these support guys qualifies at all to answer questions. They never tell you how long it will tell you to activate the account. These guys at least should understand that companies might stuck in running their business operations. If they clearly specify the actual reason of the delay we can think for alternate options. WORST COMPANY.

Worst customer support and don’t ever install they are scammers….they don’t want Indians to create an account they are restricting

Fix your authentication, why do I have to login again and again Sometimes it even doesn’t work

9/10 times I am not able to login. What even is this.

The balance tab on the app doesnt show the payout that is supposed to arrive in the bank. It is only showing that it cannot be loaded
