Don’t trust shopify any more
Since 2016 I am operating shopify platform
For my e-commerce, recently encounter issue with the bill payment in, no support recived to reopen the store. I have daily visit of 10000, the amount which we pay will take 48 hours to reflect throughout creditcard subscription plan. There support team solution is to wait till it reflect no value of customer or there reputation. Trusting your business in shopify will be a wrong choice. They are not caring any more. I am moving my store even after getting such treatment by a paying 1500$ every month in changes to them is a worst experience.
I don’t like this app only for this reason
I really like this app when I’m accessing everything on mobile app with ease but the only thing I’m not liking is not having dark mode. When use my mobile I use every app in dark mode but when suddenly switching to shopify it don’t have a dark mode feature. This really irradiating me and not makes me to focus on store. Resolving this issue helps lot of people
Payment gateway not working
Such a pathetic app, my customers are unable to make payment. I have added every details. Not good customer support. I am going to cancel my subscription. Disappointed

Wrong Sales
Nowadays shopify mobile app gives wrong sales data for your store. It is very hectic for us to track our store sales for per day. Please resolve it as soon as possible
Some recommendations which will be useful for us
*Please bring back abandoned checkout with normal messageing (sms) option. It was so helpful to bring back customers who left products in cart
*Include billing address with name address pincode phonenumber together as earlier so we can copy paste the full address easily
*bring some features to bring back all customers together to inform discounts and offers through sms
Lots of bugs
From last almost 1 week the sales data on home page is reflecting wrong. To check the right figures one has to check through analytics

Wrong data and insights provided since march 2nd week only in ios versions
New update issue
The order summary page shows yesterday’s metrics when today’s filter is selected and there’s an issue with the new update sense theme where the add to cart button changes to sold out when a product variant is selected even when there’s stock available.
Horrible update
Please bring back the previous version of Shopify. The new one is terrible
