Edifier Connect App seemless connectivity, but limited to only 4 audio tuning functions. W820NB Plus - Great headphones just lacks low end. But Mids and Highs are great! loving the sound quality of this product

I hope you can give us the option to be able to turn off the mic’s noise cancellation, I sometimes prefer raw mic input without any noise filtering.

The app is nice overall, however, upon updating to iOS18 the widget is gone and it’s still not available up until now. It’s a hassle to open the app just to control the modes and the equalizer.

After 9 Months the battery on both earphones discharges itself, now I can only use it for about 15 minutes.
