I like the app but when I updated the phone to iOS18 I lost the widget I had for the app and used it constantly, and now it’s no longer there. Are y’all planning on adding the widget to iOS18?

Like the title says, the app doesn’t work. My headphones are alright for their price but the app isn’t connecting to the headphones and i can’t change any of the settings HUGE letdown 👎

This app is good to see what percentage your headphones especially when you can see it on your Lock Screen. But that’s cons of this app is 1. My headphones would disconnect randomly but it says it’s connected on settings (it doesn’t happen a lot but it still shouldn’t). 2. On the part on the lock screen where you can see the percentage it would disconnect or ask to allow it to do that. 3. I’ve had to redownload this app 3 times now because it would disconnect my headphones and not register, so when that happens I can’t change the modes my headphones are on like noises cancellation or game mode. Every irritating when that happens and I’m tired of having to redownload this app. 4. You can only have an account on one device and won’t connect to another once you put the app on your phone, I’d would like to pair my headphones with my laptop as well but I can’t. Definitely need some improvements to this product and app.

Why is it rated 17+ on the App Store? Is it because you can buy things from the app?

So not sure why my headphones aren’t connecting? Tried on different days to see if they would. Kind of sad for a app that doesn’t work. Devs don’t seem to care AT all about this.
