Doesn’t work! I hope for a better app for Egyptair
Very poor service
The app is literally useless and almost always crashes. Egyptair please fix your glitches and poor customer service. Especially for the amount of money you are charging for flights.
I hope I can give Zero stars.
One of the worst apps for airlines. It rarely works and the interface is very confusing. Website on desktop is the same. And I receive their response 3 years later. What a loser airline.
Horrible app
This app is absolute junk, crashes mid way through the check in process or about every 5 minutes. Unable to do my check in

horrible app
have tried every imaginable format to enter my phone number, but none are accepted, and I can’t get past the screen to select my seat and check in. and once you have entered a phone number, even if it is incorrect, it takes a while for the system to clear out what you have input, you can’t just immediately change it (the format) again. it’s like working with a computer program from the 1980s.
Poor customer service
When I called for necessary help. Their customer service has no patience. One girl’s attitude is so poor. I can hear her say omg in whisper when she hang up on me. The air attendant on the plane stole my AirPod pro. I left in the front pocket. They won’t admit it they took it. May/02/2024 1pm from JFK to Cairo seat 29k
Flight booking not working. Useless app.
For almost a year now flight booking is not possible through the app. When you attempt to search for a flight you get the message that Something went wrong! Month after month and update after update and it still is useless. What a shame.
