Terrible app

Keeps freezing, imposible to get the boarding pass You are better off using the website

Very poor

It took me an hour to check in and get my boarding pass, including having to log in about 6 times as the system kept freezing.

I don’t advise travel with Egypt Air. Too expensive (comparing to its peers from better airlines) and no good service in exchange.

The app simply doesn’t work.

No matter which airports I choose for departure and arrival, the app search begins but never finds a connection although I know these routes exist

Way below the mark !!!

Egyptair is a huge organization. This app is a sore. It really doesn’t work and must be redesigned by professionals who fully appreciate seamless functionality. For five days I’ve been getting a “ EGYPTAIR PLUS is currently unavailable. Please try again shortly “ Message. Otherwise, just the circle of death. I am proud of our national airline, I expect better !!

Terrible

A waste of time. Shameful. The whole idea of an application is ease of use. An application must be Easier and quicker to use than website or even telephone. You missed this point and your application is therefore a total failure.

Poor UI & UX Design

EGYPTAIR need to invest more in having a functional mobile app, mostly users book their flights and check pricing on the go. It’s shame that app either crash or give unknown errors when performing any transaction, as well when checking egypt air plus.

Not really worth using....

It’s a shame this app won’t remember my membership details - open it up - then I need to copy n paste my membership number / pin etc... from notes CB on my phone + it won’t let you save your digital membership card into your wallet! So this is effectively a weblink... not really worth having... come on EGYPTAIR, your service, staff and flights are excellent - unlike this app!!!

Check in doesn’t work

Check in doesn’t work. Just blank screen. App is badly produced and rubbish. I hope EGYPTAIR maintains it’s aircraft better than it does the app!
