I can’t open my app
While iam opening my account it is going to new version of EI app but I can’t open that new version.many times I informed the customer care but no use. Am facing the same problem.

One of the worst bank
There’s no customer service, I made international transfer but I didn’t received the my money. I called so many times to customer, they didn’t help me @all. I don’t recommend to anyone to use bank.

No transactions happen before 9AM and after 5PM
When I do transactions before 9AM and after 5PM also in weekends and festivals the transactions won’t happen from this bank. We need 24/7 support
