While compulsive upgrading without proper home work … example is your up gradation to new version by which l cant see my credit cards any more … no 2 months making complaints without getting solution.

This app need to review by the developer and take the users feedback and try to update it as the customer’s needs. The face ID was working fine but not stopped working and I need to fill the password each time. Please try to check other banks apps (ENBD at least) I feel am using 1995 version from an app graphics!!

Can’t get correct account statement for the dates required, do not notify if transfer is done successfully, even don’t show any change in balance , worst mobile app I ever used

In the update and previous update also, face id removed. It was working before but since the previous version it is not working. Also for adding beneficiaries, it is not logical and not practical if I add new beneficiary to wait 24 hours until it is allowed to transfer. I never saw this obstacle in any bank.

This app is good, no major issues. The reason I gave 3 stars is the app is with Emirates Islamic Bank, so I do not know if the limitations are caused by the app developer or the bank itself. I have only used the app for about 2 months, but ADCB app and bank was by far easier to use and a better design layout

Just opened account few days ago. Now mobile app opens for few seconds and shuts off. Tried going online on computer and cannot do anything as it requires some kind of tokens to access or do anything and advises to get tokens from mobile app…. This app is a mess.

Please repair it .

Face ID is not working since week. Maintenance or update require.

Your application is the worst bank app I ever used It took me 3 days just to reactivate after changing my Mobile
