Don’t bother trying to use this app or request help from customer support.

OTP didnt come the my international phone number. (Even though it worked with all other companies OTPs) So I got a local phone number and now the app seems to not recognize my credit card. Help/support team wants to help but they don’t have the solutions that work. Simply the app is not for international clients and the company seems to be in need of more developers.

It was my worst experience ever!!! The MG-ZC car was extremely bad and didn't work when I needed it the most. It just stopped in the middle of the highway, making weird noises and refusing to go. I was going to the airport and ended up being late because of the stupid car. I had to leave it and take a taxi! Why did I rent the car if I needed to take a taxi? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Very bad service, very bad customer service very bad process for the car

I hired a car with 50% fuel, returned the car with the same amount, but got charged 80aed for extra fuel. I wrote to them explaining that and they said I should send them evidence, fotos of before and after. Unfortunately I had not taken pictures so had no proof. Be very careful with them, they don’t want to be accountable for anything. I asked them to at least check their records, but nothing. They just wanted evidence from me. I’m hesitant to use their service.

Honestly they deducted from my card a big amount and said “we can’t refund”, the costumer service guy promised me to call back with 2 hours and never called. Just a brotherly advice don’t trust them with your cards.

They take extra money from you without asking

The worst experience ever, i rent a car for one day with them, i made a small accident with bo damage to the car, only the plate was fallen, they charge me 3,000 AED without telling me first, without any clarification, i swear the car with 200 AED maximum and in one day could be repaired!

Very bad experience! I reported them to customer care because they are deducting me without further notice, I was charged 300aed without telling me. When I complained they told me that the car that I used is smelly (hence, I used it for 2hrs drive and they deducted the money after 1month)
