Customer disservice, waste of time
This is the most irresponsible, inconvenient and insurmountable failure of a customer service concept I have ever encountered! Happened to both my colleague and I. After you have uploaded all your documents and get all verified, you decide to book a car only to find out that your account is not approved. I you reach out to the customer service team, which by the way takes hours, and they ask for additional info and a security deposit, then you spend 10 hrs getting any response out of them with no luck. It wasted my whole weekend, and still no luck , the account is not set up.
Fraud alert
After 9 months stopping using their services. I received message about unpaid bills. They do not describe what the new bills cover, and indeed looks fabricated, once I shown them the receipts and mentioned legal action, they said they will drop the bill. So alert for everyone.
Worst customer service ever
I have numerous issues on numerous occasions with their customer services. Terrible attitude and 0 willingness to show any regard to customer issues. Don’t waste your money with them.

تعامل غير سلس و متعب
تعامل جداً متعب وغير سلس بتاتاً ، وكذلك خصومات الاكواد غير حقيقه وتم التواصل مع الكول سنتر وتم ايضاح المشكلة بدل يحلها ويرفع من عنده يطالبني بارسال اميلي تفصيلي عن المشكلة تعقيد وليس تسهيل وموضوع خصم الساعات جدا مزعج وغير عادل. لا انصح بالتعامل معهم وارجو الانتباه من خصومات المبالغ اذا كنت مدرج بيانات بطاقتك الائتمانية او مدى يخصمون اشياء غير حقيقية دوماً تكررت معي مرتين.

تخيلو لي ٤ شهور اطارد وراهم عشان يتفعل حسابي واخر شيء، ردو علي قالو عمرك ٢٢ ….. لازم يكون ٢٣ عشان شرط التأمين 😂😂😂😂 يعني معلقيني ٤ شهور معكم ليش؟ والله انها اسوء خدمة وخدمة العملاء مايعرفون الاجراءات والمشاكل .. دلوخ كلهم

إذا أردت تذل نفسك فعليك بتعامل مع هذه الشركة سو خدمات باعلي مستوي بطاقة لا تعمل مع اي بنك إذا حجزت و دفعة و تأخرت اكثر من نص ساعة يلغي الحجز تلقي إذا ما وصلت بالوقت المحدد انصح الجميع بعدم التعامل معه ولك بشركة تأجير السيارات
