What happens with you? I’ve downloaded the app - it takes ages until you actually accept my dates, then all it good, you find my ticket, hurrah ! This was on my iPad. Then I go to the app on my iPhone and you do not recognise any of my data - I’m blocked. HELP ! I’m flying all around the world with any other app not probs … But yours need updates !

Elal website is fast to load

Stuck on loading

Have been testing to login for an hour; the app was stuck, saying “loading…”. It’s started just before the check in time became available, so if you don’t have a computer close by, you cannot check in.

Easy and fun to use

This is going to be my first out of country trip, which makes it so special. The app is user-friendly, and I like to tiles in the schedule section of the mobile app. It lets me picture out my journey from leaving my place until I get to my destination.

Total waste of time!

Unable to enter essential dates like passport expiry that default back to initial setting

This app is frustratingly slow

What’s with this app?? Login takes 45 secs or more to respond when doing either facial recognition or typing in. No difference. Request for info takes forever to respond & most times comes back with an error. This is now the sales front desk - it’s not an operator any longer. How critical is it to how we view the business?? VERY!
