Nice interface on the app, but I regularly have to reset because it cannot find the accessory any more 🤷🏽‍♂️ It can also be really slow, which is not what I want when flipping a light switch.

Häufig wird die Lampe nicht angezeigt, obwohl diese eine fixe IP und ausgezeichnete Verbindung hat gemäss Unifi Console. Leider kann man die Lampe auch nicht manuell hinzufügen. Somit kann ich sie seit drei Tagen am Stück nicht abschalten.

Die elgato key light Leuchten sind unbrauchbar, ständig verliert man den Kontakt und das erneute Installieren hält dann wieder bis zum nächsten aus- und einschalten. Völliger Mist…

Nach dem der Support von Elgato den richtigen Tipp hatte, klappte die Verbindung auch mit der Netgear Orbi.

I was surprised to see the app provided no widgets to install on the Home Screen. This makes the app very basic

The app crashes sometimes at first opening. Overall okay. But why do you produce a wifi controlled light with a app, but without HomeKit Integration? Please add HomeKit!

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 14.3 is connected to Key Light Air WLAN. I restart this App. Does not find the key light ☹️☹️☹️. Can’t attach screen shots here

I purchased the Elgato Key Light and used this app to control it with. Absolutely easy to use that even a caveman can figure it out! Simple on/off as well as ability to vary brightness and the cool/warm light. Will be purchasing for family for Christmas!
