Elgato Control Center

Constant connection issues. I use this light once a week and the chance of it working is 50% at best. Constantly needing to reset it and reconnect it which takes hours as the connection keeps failing. Terrible product and app. Have no idea why people rate these. You know the connection is awful so why not include a basic dial switch on the back with the other switches?!!!! Terrible product and terrible customer service

Downloaded this only because it was required to put my lights into pairing mode for the remote I bought SPECIFICALLY so I wouldn't be beholden to an unreliable app (seriously Elgato, what's wrong with a simple pairing button on the lights?!) It barely ever sees both of my lights, and commands rarely go through first time. It's useful to be able to see temperature and brightness, but would be even more so if it had a number defining it rather than a mildly obtuse slider.

Very unstable and frustrating app.

It works sometimes in some of my other devices, but 80% of the times fails connection from my iPhones. I’ve been for weeks trying everything to try to connect my main iPhone and still they do not correct the problem.

Please please add widget support for controlling lights 🙏

Always loses connection, worked well for 6 months and with no changes now won’t connect at all. Would rather have physical or Bluetooth option as this is ridiculous

This app periodically can’t find the key light. As the key light does not come with an on off switch, this makes the setup frustrating to say the least. Can’t recommend either product.

None of my devices now appear or respond in control Center. Has occurred in the last month or so. Avoid!!!

Please add interactive widgets so we can turn the Elgato key light on and off without needing to open the app! Or an integration with the Shortcuts app with the same ability. This would make it 5 stars for me.
