Issues with adding alarm
Unable to type or scan code correctly. Wont scan direct from app. App keyboard not working to enter MAC or Serial

App doesn’t work
App does not show correct status of alarm. Shows disarmed on app even though alarm is actually armed.
Arming
When we arm the alarm, and it shows on the app that the alarm is not armed, tried deleting the app and reinstall and still the same
Great app
Great app when it works. Needs to be consistent. Sometimes you get disconnected with no reason which can be frustrating.
Disappointed
The idea of this sounded just what we needed but unfortunately will not work with two iPhones . It notifies on one phone predominantly and ocassiobalky on the other phone .
Unreliable
App crashed and stopped communicating with keypad and there is no obvious way to contact the developer!
Slow
Very slow to connect, sometimes wont connect at all. Almost at a point of deleting app as seems like its a waste of time.
Connection issues
Downloaded the app and connected to our panel with MAC address and serial number but in the app just shows connection unhealthy. Even though i can bring up history etc just can’t control the alarm
User Friendly
Application is very user friendly and easy to you. I hope it could show the garage door open/closed too.
Warning! Scam company
If you purchase this app you have been scammed and wasted your money! They do not support their app, you can never rely on the system so you will always have your backup keys close by. Endless support requests went nowhere. Just go find something else. This app and company should be removed from the app store. Their AAP hardware is so low grade I think a rock is better. You have been warned!!
