After the last update on iOS application stoped working. Keep appearing the message “Can’t load site list. Please try again later”. It seems that it crushes after this update

… try again later… like I have this option with the system I monitor. Sad that Chinese companies have better systems

It is a great application. You can control your arrowhead alarm system very easily. Contains most of alarm features. One thing that I miss is the ability to stay arm the system with no entrance time. Either you can add an enter button or an extra button for this function only.

I experienced lot of unhealthy connection, also the push notifications some days they received very late, as an example if I armed from the panel or if I have some sensor events to track and receive notification, the notifications are coming 10min later from the actual. This is unacceptable for a security system. Also some times i got the same notification not only with the above delay but also 2 times. You need to put a better effort and more updates in the app.

I can't see zones 9-16 and bypass some of them. I can see zones 1-8 normally. Please fix it

Great app when it works. Needs to be consistent. Sometimes you get disconnected with no reason which can be frustrating.

The idea of this sounded just what we needed but unfortunately will not work with two iPhones . It notifies on one phone predominantly and ocassiobalky on the other phone .
