Email and password were correct, I double checked. Used the QR code when my password wouldn’t work and it said it’s invalid. Clicking customer support sent me to a page to download this program and when I clicked the link it sent me back here to the app I already downloaded. I would be annoyed but at least it reminded me to rate this app 1 star
Terrible. Can’t see the tables or graphics which are tiny and the app doesn’t allow zoom on my phone. Paid $400 for this etextbook and I’m very annoyed.
Bring back Inkling! Why fix something that isn’t broken? I can’t log into the app at all, despite using the correct logon details that work on the website. The textbook layout on the website is atrocious. Inkling worked so well. I hate the upgrade, and now don’t have ANY of my textbooks on an app because I can’t log in.

Same issue as everyone else- can log in via the web just fine but can’t log in on here as it says account not recognised! Pointless as I want this on my iPad not my laptop
Cannot login with either Elsevier or inkling account.Books have gone missing.. just going round and round using forgot password function. I can login to Elsevier account fine, which does not show my books but then won’t let me login to the eBooks app.
I have an ebooks+ account. Even though I can login fine on the internet browser on my ipad and PC, my account is not working on the ebooks app. It makes this kind of useless if you cannot use this functionality for your book
Cannot redeem eBooks because form is broken! How does a large company fail this basic functionality?! Font and layout on eBooks absolutely terrible somehow worse than a straight 1:1 pdf. Very bad accessibility which is prime for a mobile app. In app account creation is confusing and does not work for certain books.
Multiple times with multiple accounts. Still won’t log in and recognise my access code for the book I purchased. So many apps and similar sites to log into. I’m an app dev and still cannot get my head around it - it is too complicated! This is why people pirate your books...
