The WORST app I've ever seen in my life.

I wonder how can someone make a frustrating and useless app like this. The pros of using an ebook... where are they?

Can’t login

Won’t allow me to login with my correct password. Also would not initiate password reset email to attempt and troubleshoot this.

Cannot sign in with the same account I use on Elvesier ebook web page

HOW TO DOWNLOAD

I tried downloading directly from the app store and it won’t allow me either. I logged in to my account and click on the MyEvolve then go to the Vital Source Library and it will directly lead you to create an account for VitalSource and then you will be able to download the app and I was able to all the books purchased. Hope this helps.

I hate it

I can’t write on it which was the sole purpose of buying. I want a refund

Can’t log in

Save yourself some time and don’t download this app. Tried to log in multiple times and it wouldn’t let me, kept saying there was an error despite checking that my login was correct. Ridiculous.

So user unfriendly

The MOST user unfriendly app I have EVER tried to use. I would give negative stars if I could. Will not let me log into my account, after saying email and password were not accepted. Changed password multiple times and still- nothing. I still have yet to log in and there is $1000 worth of textbooks sitting in my account that I cannot access.

Apple Pencil compatible PLEASE

Please please please make this app compatible with the Apple Pencil - for example, being able to use Apple Pencil for the fast highlight option

Not easy to use

I can’t figure out how to download a book, nothing comes up when I type in the title or author. I can’t even put in my product code. Not impressed with this app at all
