Can’t make loan payments
There is some sort of bug in this app that picks and chooses when it will let me make a loan payment. 9 times out of 10 it will not let me make a loan payment. It says I have to contract a representative. What’s the point of having a payment option on the app if it doesn’t work. When I log in onto a computer I am able to make payments.

Just like all the others. Difficult to reach real person. Too important to rely on automated responses
Insane lockout
This service will literally lock you out so quickly and give little to no recourse to get into your account. Absolutely insane. I have never successfully logged in the first day trying.

Horrible app - keeps crashing continuously
Takes me through a series of setup screens and then crashes on the last page. No idea why the rating is so high.
User unfriendly
Directions are unclear, results are unclear. I’ll have to call to make sure I’ve signed up foe what I intended to. ROTH contributions should not be counted as part of the 50% since it doesn’t affect current taxes.
