This app keeps disconnecting from my home WiFi gateway. All other devices in the house stay connected 😩

Update: The system continues to go down. It’s a constant problem! I still have water issues. YouTube has been more helpful than this company. So unless you’re constantly looking good a fixer upper look elsewhere. I live in Davenport, Fl. and the system just isn’t the best. The gateway keeps getting kicked off of the Wi-Fi. I’ve updated it several times in less than a year and it still has not updated. My results continue to read the same from Over a year ago. I’ve called the company a lot to fix this and I would have to PAY THEM to FIX THEIR EQUIPMENT?!?! Such B.S.!!! Stay far far far away.

This app works great with my solar/battery system. It gives me all the control of the system I need. The stats are impressive. I can see where the joules come from and where they are headed. So cool!!

We recently installed solar panels on our roof This App gives all the info across the arrays of solar panels , total energy generation, consumption and feed into the grid The features & user experience are well thought - very useful to have on phone

With this APP I can clearly get the answer to every question I have about my system !

Had the system for 5 years no problems dec29 23 system stops reporting just after it goes out of warranty iq7 not staying connected with enlighten. Microonverters not reporting. Contact solgen for repairs. It’s now June 9 24. I’m being ignored they say we have a ticket open. Very poor service wouldn’t recommend this company

Trash… Trash…. Trash… Live status never works No live agent to talk about the issue

We replaced our router. I took Enlighten off line. I’ve done my best to reconnect, but all my best efforts have been in vain. I’m not receiving any feedback. Need help.
