This is the worst controller I have ever had. It never shows pushing power to the grid, while my sun power always showed power being push to the grid.
BRS has only one employee that I would recommend. Her name is Addie. The rest are a collection of buffoons
Not sure why the app takes a long time to open. Like 30 seconds or more. I deleted it and reinstalled it and seems better now.
This app does not provide information about home usage and what part is solar and what part is electric grid unless you also have battery backup. Now that is just wrong. You should not have to invest in battery backup to see home usage and what portion is solar and what portion is electric grid .

I’m constantly having issues connecting and/or staying connected to my Internet. It worked for a while but not so much anymore. I have a near top-of-the-line router and it’s also close to the system but it won’t let me connect.
Just about everything in the app is excellent. One improvement and one suggestion here. Improvement is the issue with the back arrow button next to the date does not easily register my tap. It averages about once every five tries. Suggestion is the option to view 15 min increments of wattage produced in the each solar panel (array) view. Currently, it shows the total for the day and no option of 15 min increments.
I’ve been watching this system for 4 months and comparing it to what the utility says I’m producing and Enphase is over 60% off. I’m still not sure if it’s the consumption or production side that’s off or a combination of both. I’ve called and emailed and gotten a little help. They say the installers need to come out but I’ve had them out twice. So I’m not sure what I’m seeing with these numbers. The utility seems to be much more accurate… which makes sense since they are only looking at production to the line outside the home…. And crediting me. But the Enphase app does not seem to show accurate production or consumption. Very disappointing. I wanted this as a check to ensure the utility was being accurate.
We have enjoyed our Soco Solar system for almost a year and 1/2 Josh and Haley in the Grand Junction CO have given awesome customer service for every issue we have had. The best team we have worked with. The app is great and gives all the details one needs. Highly recommend this team and this app. Albert and Linda
