Very easy to schedule for a rental
Can’t make reservations
Even when car is available and I have no reservations it gives errors that I need 15min between reservations

And customer service is excellent
App crashing
Crashes on iOS 13
good for those without a car, but be careful
It worked great and I liked the convenience until I checked my ride receipts and saw a 84 dollar charge for a 2 hour ride. It took many emails to support to even find out the reason why and given how long ago the ride was, im not even sure their reasons for the fees are legitimate. Also make sure you have your own money to spend on fuel because if you happen to be tight on money and their fuel card doesn't work, they'll charge you fees for it even if you talk to their customer support.
Reviewing Cars
I wish they would show you the car rates with and without the two optional insurance add-ins. Hard to compare based on only the rental charge.
