BEWARE!
This App lets you book cars that don’t exist! Booked a basic automatic about 10 days in advance, App was easy to use & sent me confirmation. Pick-up booked for early on a Monday morning, on the Saturday afternoon prior the branch called me to say they never had an automatic for me to book, the App looks at the fleet not the branch & just lets you book. Sunday the App sent me another confirmation of the booking, Monday morning on pick-up there was no car as booked & they could only offer a manual. The branch told me this happens every day. I’ve started a new job, need to go to the office once a week rather than work at home - was planning to use Enterprise as they’re local but now going somewhere else if this is how they operate.

Password function slow
Logged in online but when I now upload the app the password won’t work. Very 2005 experience.

I have used Enterprise car rental (Fareham) several times in the last couple of months and had excellent service from the staff at the Fareham office as well as the customer service helpline. The booking system on the app is easy to use and the pick up and return of vehicles has been efficient. Well done.

I rent from a lot of different companies all over the world but daniel and Arjan are probably the best customer service Managers in the industry. They make it easy and the cars are perfect every time in London. Well done chaps a credit to enterprise !
