App is sooooo good but THAT'S AS FAR AS IT GETS. the prices they give are not true then when you try talking to them they take you round and round and round in circles. WE WILL GIVE YOU $1O Carla cash. Ha ha ha. You can never practically use it because only on the premium rentals etc. can you use it so they pumping a fictitious account with THE AMAZING CARLA CASH. HAHAHA. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS

Very easy to use the app, very straight forward and when i have messed up the booking, and contacted customer service Joel sorted it out in no time.

I recently had to make a number of cancellations and re-bookings. Caroline was very prompt and very efficient in her communications and credited me with misplaced payments. Thank you Caroline!
Stay well clear of this organisation they essentially charge you for insurance you don’t need and you end up paying for it twice which resulted in my car rental costing me £40 more than it should have done
Don’t trust this company I booked with a car I paid €30 when I want to Connect the car I paid €60 they forced me to pay that €150
You find what you are looking for , you book and feel great that you have save a bit specially within these unfortunate times. Arrive at final destination What You booked as advertised on their booking page doesn’t exist , You end up paying More as per all the other Car rental companies when you go direct to them. However they are very happy to take your Money on false pretences by selling you a 3rd part insurance ?? Which has nothing to do with the actual car rental insurance company you went for! Stay as far as you can if you want peace of mind.
Please anyone booking “ car true this app I’m advising you to go big companies rent cars ‘ this company it’s big rib off ‘ as soon I but my card details my bank constantly call me and sending text message ‘ and I have block it and still they run away from my bank account £30 for no reason.. be wise and report there behaviour to customers consumer as is already did ‘ i send email to them ‘ waiting the respond to come back ..! They took my £15.11 initial payment and never refunded when Europcar cancelled my Booking. Negative stars. Avoid
