Great application and platform
The application is smooth and every process is fast of booking and finding available cars at nearby location. There are things which can be improved for better user experience like when a car is not available or for some reason user wants to search for another location, he has to follow same process(selecting dates and times) again instead app should allow only to change location and re-search. Another thing is modifying booking, it directs to a phone number instead it should allow to do over application and should give user a call in case of any issues.
Rest is good, employees are supportive and nice.

Horrible app and service
App booking system is not in sync with actual availabilities. You can book, and go to location only to find out there are no availabilities. Sync accuracy in a booking system is table stakes for companies in this business.

language issue
SO BAD
Every time I got on the application, I can read English for a short time and then it changed to Spanish!!! I can’t even change back! I have to redownload thousands of times!!!!!! So inconvenient!!!!
Always something…
I don’t usually get the vehicle I book even when its booked well in advance… there’s a vehicle waiting when I do book though so that’s alright I guess… A few family trips have been ruined due to Enterprise not being able to provide the right vehicle wanted for my needs…

Why am I not getting the final invoice sent to my email address?
I noticed quite a while back that I no longer get my reservation number sent to my email account. Nor do I get a final invoice emailed to me. I have now been requesting the worker print me a final invoice although I am constantly confirming my email address.
Please put it back so email is sent to the email address provided.
