This app needs work

The app worked like a charm, but the 2.23 version update broke everything. There is already a review about this issue, but it's taking too long to solve. The development team should return to the previous working version while debugging the problem.

New version (2.23): - Every client who updated to this version of the app has called in the last 48 hours, as all site now claim ‘verify network’. Reissuing credentials doesn’t authenticate with the app at all (states to contact admin). With 7 managed sites all IP’s/DNS’s confirmed to be configured properly for SmartConnect, but nothing works anymore. Nothing has changed at any of these site, except for clients having upgraded to v.2.23 of this app. - AVOID THIS RELEASE AT ALL COST! -

After several years of working, the app suddenly disappeared from my Apple Watch? The app on my iPhone still works but what happened to the app on Apple Watch?

For some reason the app doesn’t open on my Apple Watch. It shows the message “sync…” and that’s it. The screen gets black after that. Both my iPhone and watch are updated.

Easy to use

Why bother with the watch app if it never works. Load the app and let it sync. Blank screen. Un install and reboot, reinstall. Same thing. I was locked out because I forgot my phone and would the watch app work? Nope.

My doors disappear. Please fix it
