Need to stop asking for review everyone to use the app. Also no widget since ios16

I am trying to register myself but it keeps saying “missing or invalid password or mobile number” even though everything is write. It’s not even letting me register. That’s pathetic.

Will not load or with iWatch correctly!

Call me shocked

We have 25 people in our office. We spent all this money on this system and install and the phone app simply doesn’t work. It sort of worked for a few days but you’d have to refresh the app to get it to work. Now it rarely works. For anyone in the office. Really lousy product

If I could give this system a 0 I would. It is absolutely horrible. It never and I mean hardly ever works. You have to open and close the app about 7 times for it to work (and sometimes even then it still doesn’t) and sometimes it removes all the doors completely. Leaving u stranded outside. I would only recommend this app to my arch nemesis. Only get this system if u hate urself and can house tech people onsite 24/7. 😗😗

Updating: I see a new version available but still no widget support - can you advise on when you might bring back widget support? Hi This app was pretty decent especially with the widget available Did you remove the widget by accident on this last update? Any chance to bring it back? Hello! Responding to the developer response / Updating to specify that the widget went missing when I updated to the latest version 2.2.0! It was exactly updating to the latest version made the widget disappear!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Nothing like trying to be secure and relying on this app to get into your home only to find that there’s a glitch and you’re locked out until it gets fixed. Randomly when attempting to open doors the app will say “verify network”. I’ve tried exiting out and disconnecting from Bluetooth and wifi. Not like I can delete and reinstall the app without having to go through another terrible and lengthy registration process. I wish my complex would just get rid of this app. Sincerely, An angry person that’s locked out at 2am.
