EntraPass go Pass

This update not only made it harder to tap on the door you want by shrinking them down, now it tells me I have to force quit the app almost every time I open it. It’s bad enough using the backend for this product, now they’re ruining the frontend too.

How is this all so bad, and how does it have over a 4 star rating. My building uses this app and it doesn’t work more than half the time. Crashes, asks for a passcode that was never created in the first place, loses all doors, etc. Hire a real developer!

This app feels like it’s built in 2007 and my dishwasher works better

The app is always having issues and it’s barely user friendly, in the year 2024 we should be able to create a working app

Need to stop asking for review everyone to use the app. Also no widget since ios16

I am trying to register myself but it keeps saying “missing or invalid password or mobile number” even though everything is write. It’s not even letting me register. That’s pathetic.

Will not load or with iWatch correctly!

Call me shocked

We have 25 people in our office. We spent all this money on this system and install and the phone app simply doesn’t work. It sort of worked for a few days but you’d have to refresh the app to get it to work. Now it rarely works. For anyone in the office. Really lousy product
